Fifteen years ago, I was working on a project to bring Camelina oil to lifeโ€”not just as a cooking oil, but as a premium supplement and food ingredient. The oil wasnโ€™t ready then. The market wasnโ€™t ready either.

Now, the world needs Camelina more than ever.

Partnering with a sixth-generation family farm and cooperative in Canada, Iโ€™m working with a team that has spent 20 years perfecting this oilโ€”refining the taste, enhancing the quality, and making it the best Camelina oil ever produced.

After years in advertising and working with franchise owners, restaurants, and food brands, Iโ€™ve watched the industry push cheap, inflammatory seed oils into everything. The connection between diet and chronic disease is undeniable, yet most people have no idea what theyโ€™re consuming.

As the holidays approached, I spent days reflecting: How could I use my experience to introduce Camelina to the world?
